Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Strong background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail (desired).
• Minimum age 18 years or older to manage in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Work with your leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve the goals.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching.
• Oversee the hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers.
