Border Foods LLC is hiring a General Manager to oversee the entire restaurant and lead a高-performing team at our North Dakota location. You will drive sales, ensure top guest experiences, and uphold the Border Foods core values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

The role offers top industry pay up to $100,000 annually with a substantial bonus potential, plus a Mexico trip for top performers and education/tuition reimbursement programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Exempt management role requires a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
