Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant operation, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team in Marshfield, WI. You will embody our CORE values and ensure a safe, welcoming guest experience while managing P&L and staffing.

Top pay up to $100,000 per year with base pay plus top-tier bonus potential; annual trip to Mexico for top performers; education programs, scholarships, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.

• Drive a profitable business by managing costs, staffing and guest experience.
