Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General Managers are responsible for store sales, volume, quality of service, customer satisfaction and profit margin.
• Manage employee schedules and training.
• Oversee inventory orders and control costs.
• Lead by example and participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
