Valley Subs of Arizona, LLC DBA Jersey Mike's Subs in the Phoenix area seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise staff, optimize schedules, and ensure perfect inventory control while representing the brand’s “Sub Above” standard.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in restaurant roles (1 year in a supervisory capacity), a high school diploma or equivalent, a ServSafe certification, and flexible availability, including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of restaurant experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• ServSafe Certification is required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the store's sales, profit, and performance to meet goals.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Schedule employees and manage inventory to keep operations smooth.
• Lead, train, and develop team members and coordinate with upper management.
