Job summary

South Block is hiring a Head Coach to lead a store in the DC area. You will manage operations, mentor a growing team, and drive guest satisfaction with a hands-on leadership style.

We offer a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 plus a quarterly bonus, with comprehensive benefits and a culture that values growth and accountability. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with supportive leadership and clear advancement paths.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of GM experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry

• Hospitality mindset - You have a passion for people, culture, and the guest experience

• Hands‑on leadership style

• Calm, flexible, and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment

• Must be 21+ years old

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
