Job summary

South Block in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Head Coach to lead store operations with energy and accountability. You’ll hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, create schedules, and ensure exceptional guest experiences on every shift.

You’ll build a strong internal bench, nurture culture, and grow professionally with a clear path, competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, and benefits to support your future in hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of GM experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
• Hospitality mindset with passion for people, culture, and guest experience.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Calm, flexible, solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• $60,000–$70,000 base salary
