Job summary

South Block is seeking a Head Coach to lead all aspects of store operations and develop a high-performing team in our Maryland locations. You’ll hire, coach, and mentor staff, build a guest-centric culture, and drive performance with hands-on leadership.

• 2+ years of management in the food & beverage industry.
