SUNVEK Roofing, based in Phoenix, is seeking a General Manager to lead and scale an established business across Phoenix and Tucson. This hands-on operator will take full P&L ownership, drive disciplined growth, and build a high-performance team while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will work with senior leadership to tighten operations, manage budgets, and implement processes that sustain long-term profitability.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Based in Phoenix, SUNVEK Roofing is seeking a General Manager to lead and scale an established business across Phoenix and Tucson. This role carries full P&L ownership and real autonomy, paired with the support, systems, and capital of a well-resourced platform and a proven playbook with a track record of successful growth.

You will run the business day to day and take it to its next level of performance. That means leading, supporting, and developing the team, managing financial performance, tightening operations, driving disciplined growth, and delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a hands‑on role for an operator who knows operations and leads from the front, and who wants to build something meaningful and lasting with institutional support behind them.

Key Responsibilities

P&L Ownership and Financial Performance
