Job summary

The Flame Broiler, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Santa Ana, CA. You will execute brand standards, drive sales initiatives, and manage shifts, staffing, and profitability while maintaining exceptional guest service.

You will supervise training, scheduling, cash handling, and safety programs, and collaborate with the leadership team to ensure goals are met and standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing full-service restaurant operations.
• Ability to coach and develop staff through training and impactful feedback.
• Certified training such as Train-The-Trainer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue goals and manage shifts to reach them.
• Oversee inventory and perform monthly counts; manage cash handling procedures.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance of the facility during shifts.
• Communicate repairs and equipment needs to maintenance and leadership.
• Lead and coach team through shifts and maintain high food quality and service.
