Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in general management, operations, commercial leadership, strategy, or related roles.
• Demonstrated P&L leadership and track record of profitable growth.
• Experience leading both commercial and operational functions and connecting market commitments with manufacturing capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business and own the P&L. Deliver revenue growth, margin expansion, profitability, cash flow, and asset performance.
• Set strategy and translate it into execution with measurable actions, governance routines, KPIs, and clear accountability.
• Drive customer-centric commercial excellence across end-customer needs, channels, and geographies.
• Lead local manufacturing value streams, production schedules, quality, delivery, safety, and working capital.
• Own SIOP and continuous improvement using standard operating rhythms and CI practices.
• Build an aligned, high-performing organization with strong succession planning and accountability.
