Job summary

IDEX Warren Rupp, based in Mansfield, OH, seeks a Director of Finance & IT to lead the unit's finance, accounting, planning, reporting, and technology initiatives. You will partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive profitability and capital decisions, ensure SOX controls, and align IT roadmaps with business priorities.

The role requires a CPA/CMA/MBA preferred, 12–15 years in finance leadership, strong US GAAP knowledge, and a track record of building high‑performing teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent advanced financial credential preferred.
• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive Finance leadership experience, preferably within a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial controls, and financial reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated experience partnering directly with business and operational leaders to drive financial and operational performance.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) requirements preferred.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams, with a strong focus on talent development, succession planning, and building organizational capability for future leadership needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial advisor to the General Manager and the Warren Rupp Leadership Team.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support to drive revenue growth, profitability improvement, resource allocation, working capital optimization, and cash flow performance.
• Lead development of business strategies through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessment.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly forecast, strategic planning, and long‑range planning processes.
• Drive performance management through timely and accurate monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and business performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with all IDEX financial policies, accounting standards, and internal control requirements.
