Roots Natural Kitchen in Dublin, OH is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and cultivate a culture of engagement and excellence. This full-time role focuses on people leadership, adherence to brand standards, and financial accountability to drive store performance.

The GM will recruit, train, and coach staff, partner with HR, manage schedules, and ensure top-notch guest experiences while pursuing growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong desire and proven track record of learning and coaching.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Prior management experience required - restaurant management preferred.
• Understanding of and experience with restaurant management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Candidates hired directly into the General Manager role will go through an intensive training process.

Responsibilities
