Job summary

Roots Natural Kitchen in Dublin, OH is seeking a dedicated FOH Shift Manager to ensure guests receive the best possible experience by coordinating front-of-house operations, keeping the dining area clean and stocked, and guiding the team to perform at a high level.

You will train and mentor the Front of House crew, develop leaders, and foster a warm, collaborative environment. The role supports growth, offers flexible scheduling, and a supportive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Roots culture to the crew to create a special experience every day
• Collaborate with Leadership Team to maintain an awesome workplace
• Develop leadership skills and coach the crew to excel in shifts
• Provide hands-on training and support through the training process
• Lead and coach the crew to run great shifts and deliver excellent food
• Maintain a focus on customer experience and attention to detail
• Ensure food safety practices are followed at all times
• Master front-of-house roles and adapt to busy conditions
• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude during scheduled shifts
