The role requires coaching and developing a team of Department and Shift Managers to maintain strong performance and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring GM experience in fast casual or hospitality settings and are at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have GM experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s customer standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching and direction.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure future leadership.
