Island-Airco, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, drive growth, and lead staff development. The role entails full P&L ownership, accountability for revenue and service quality, and potential involvement in strategic acquisitions.

The ideal candidate has a track record in fast-paced leadership, strong character, and the ability to build a high-performing team focused on customer excellence and community impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience; P&L experience preferred.
• Experience with, or respect for the Skilled Trades and/or similar industries.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to apply critical thinking, risk analysis and develop solutions.
• A leader of character and inspiring followership.

Responsabilidades

• Increase revenue, sales conversions, average invoice, retention, and maintenance subscriptions.
• Deliver gold standard service and quality through training, accountability, and metrics.
• Develop culture, systems, and measures to train industry-leading staff, raising eNPS and retention.
• Build a culture of purpose among the management team.
• Support community growth through expansion of employment opportunities.
