Qualifications

• 10+ years in distribution, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership managing large teams.
• Experience in eCommerce/ omnichannel/ high-volume logistics.
• Proven track record managing customer relationships and KPIs.
• Strong budget management and financial performance experience.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and development capabilities.
• Strong CRM and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of WMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, high-performing operations and compliance with regulations.
• Serve as primary operational leader for customer accounts and reviews.
• Develop and inspire teams through coaching, onboarding, and training.
• Drive financial and operational excellence, managing P&L and budgets.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, and CI to achieve goals.
