COREcruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading hospitality operator to recruit a General Manager for a premium airport lounge reopening at Dulles International, VA. This hands-on leadership role requires building a strong team, driving operational excellence and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a premium F&B environment.

You will manage premium food and beverage operations, including buffet and à la carte dining, with strong labour and cost control.

Competenze

• Experience leading premium food & beverage operations, incl. buffet & à la carte dining.
• Contract catering or client-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, including labour management & cost control.
• Proven ability to lead, develop & motivate teams.
• Experience with new openings or relaunches is a plus.

HIRING: General Manager - Premium Airport Lounge
Location: Dulles, VA | Salary: $110K + up to 20% bonus

I'm partnering with a leading hospitality operator to find an experienced General Manager to lead a premium airport lounge reopening in early January.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who can build a strong team, drive operational excellence and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a premium F&B environment.

What we're looking for:

• Experience leading premium food and beverage operations, including buffet and à la carte dining


• Contract catering or client-facing hospitality experience strongly preferred


• Strong commercial acumen, including labour management and cost control


• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams


• Experience with new openings or operational relaunches is a plus
