iFLY Indoor Skydiving in Overland Park, KS seeks a General Manager to lead overall operations, safety, and guest experience while driving revenue and profitability across the tunnel. You will manage a diverse team, including an Operations Manager, instructors, and guest services, and partner with regional leadership to achieve EBITDA targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in a GM-level position in customer-facing settings with proven P&L ownership, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in General Manager or equivalent in customer-facing industry with P&L ownership.
• Proven profitability growth while maintaining safety and experience.
• Strong metrics, analytics, and strategic planning.
• Inclusive leadership and clear communication with diverse teams.
• Experience with talent acquisition and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Act with an owner mindset to drive operational excellence and team performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure optimal staffing and scheduling.
• Maintain a premium venue with high safety standards and customer experience.
• Lead recruitment, training, development, and performance management of staff.
• Drive revenue growth through events, programs, partnerships, and guest engagement.
