Job summary

iFLY Indoor Skydiving in Maryland is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead instructors, customer service reps and STEM educators, ensuring the tunnel is fully staffed, safe, and delivering a premium guest experience.

You will create daily flight and staff schedules, supervise team members, and manage inventory, payroll, and reporting while maintaining the facility’s high standards and aligning with the General Manager's vision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within a customer-facing industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on development.
• Experience monitoring business metrics and addressing gaps with plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day tunnel operations and staffing.
• Create and manage daily flight and staff schedules.
• Supervise instructors, CSRs, and STEM educators for high service standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team; resolve conflicts and promote growth.
• Manage inventory, payroll, and operational reporting.
