Job summary

iFLY Indoor Skydiving in Ashburn, VA seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue, and maintain a safety-first culture. You will oversee tunnels, staffing, guest experiences, and rewards programs while partnering with regional leadership to meet EBITDA targets.

You will inspire a diverse team of managers and instructors, champion operational excellence, implement continuous improvements, and strengthen community partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven success in General Manager role with direct P&L ownership.
• Proven ability to drive profitability while maintaining safety, customer and team experiences.
• Proficiency in monitoring business metrics and developing plans to address gaps.
• Proven inclusive leadership and excellent communication skills with the ability to guide a diverse team.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making in partnership with senior leadership.
• Experience in talent acquisition, team development and training with performance-driven management.
• A strong commitment to safety and enforcing safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day tunnel operations and staffing to maximize performance.
• Develop strategies to grow revenue and EBITDA while maintaining safety and guest experience.
• Lead safety audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and manage a high-performing team; drive accountability.
• Engage with the local market and partners to strengthen revenue and community presence.
