Job summary

Bojangles Restaurants Inc. in Morganton, NC is seeking a General Manager to lead teams and deliver Southern hospitality with a focus on guest experience, sales and profitability.

You will manage operations, training, and adherence to BoFood and BoLabor standards while driving engagement and exceptional service. The role requires at least 3 years of management experience, ability to communicate in English, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory and onboarding experience.

Responsibilities
