Job summary

Bojangles Restaurants Inc. in the United States is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant team and deliver exceptional Southern hospitality.

You will drive traffic, sales and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture and outstanding guest and employee experiences. The role emphasizes people leadership, operational excellence, and adherence to company systems, with responsibilities spanning team development, performance improvement, inventory oversight, and safety

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek growth opportunities or assignments for development.
• Communicates effectively and timely with guests (internal and external).
• Takes an active role with all new team members.
• Subject matter expert and adherence to all systems and processes.
