Job summary

WeDriveU, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead and develop drivers, oversee client relationships, and drive our operational strategy in Idaho. You will supervise daily driver activities, implement SOPs, hire and train staff, and ensure safety and compliance across the fleet.

Reporting to the COO, you will attend weekly client meetings, analyze ridership data, and adjust routes as needed. A strong leader with 5+ years in operations management is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
