A stunning new French restaurant is opening in an architectural gem in NYC next Spring. Led by an award-winning visionary, this will be one of the most innovative and significant restaurants in recent years.

The General Manager will:

  1. Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service;
  2. Create personalized, engaging guest experiences;
  3. Provide comprehensive training in hospitality standards, service, guest engagement, and F&B education;
  4. Manage operations including scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and compliance;
  5. Develop a strategic cultural and culinary program with unique events and initiatives.

We’re seeking candidates with:

  1. Senior management experience in fine dining and Michelin-starred restaurants;
  2. Proven ability to operate successful venues;
  3. Outstanding leadership skills to recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing teams;
  4. Extensive knowledge of French cuisine, luxury service, and hospitality standards;
  5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a talent for guest engagement;
  6. Fluency in French is required.
