Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work 40+ hour weeks.
• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and Acrobat.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced team in a retail setting.
• Strong scheduling, staffing, and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs a staff of 3 to 50, overseeing weekly labor hours and store coverage.
• Evaluates work, manages schedules, and approves promotions or transfers.
• Trains new and existing employees on procedures and safety.
• Oversees ordering, storage, and inventory to minimize waste and loss.
• Supervises food prep, sales, and service to ensure quality.
• Forecasts item usage per shift to meet demand and avoid shortages.
• Ensures world-class customer service and smooth delivery operations.
• Manages cash drawers and daily paperwork with accuracy.
