Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is required.
• Math and writing skills are required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Minimum age is 18 where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Crew Members throughout shifts to execute Brand standards and deliver a friendly guest experience.
• Support a respectful team environment and communicate shift priorities, goals and results.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues while ensuring brand standards.
• Drive sales and ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are executed.
