• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure quality, service and safety across all shifts.
• Lead the restaurant’s management team to drive sales, control costs and ensure a great guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand standards and conduct daily safety and quality checks.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, labor costs and ongoing staff development.
• Foster community involvement and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant image.
