Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a General Manager to oversee the restaurant's operations, including financial health and profitability, in a fast-paced, quick-service setting in Utah. You will drive a culture of performance, guest satisfaction, and safety while leading and developing the team.

Ideal candidates bring experience in quick-service or GM roles, knowledge of labor laws and health codes, and a passion for training and team growth.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have Experience in Quick service & fast food restaurant, or previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• As General Manager, you will manage the overall operations of the restaurant including the restaurant's financial health, profitability, and success.
• Through overall leadership, development and engagement of all restaurant team members and shift managers, you will be key in creating legendary experiences for guests.
