Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, and recruiting.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain great teams.
• Strong guest focus and a track record of delivering hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

• Be guest-obsessed and uphold top-notch hospitality standards.
• Ensure speed, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruitment, people processes, performance management.
• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, P&L control, and sales forecasting.
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Drive overall financial success and achieve annual sales targets.
