The role requires strong communication, at least 2 years of QSR management, food safety certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in QSR.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing the restaurant P&L.
• Staffing the restaurant and hiring for open positions.
• Train Team Members and Managers on policies and guest service.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a positive work environment.
• Analyze data and implement plans to improve service and efficiency.
