HYRE HARPER Co. is recruiting for a General Manager to lead operations at WoodSpring Suites Medford near I-5, a recently opened extended-stay property in Medford, Oregon.

The GM will oversee guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and overall property performance, ensuring brand standards and financial targets are met. The ideal candidate will drive a high-performing team, strengthen local market relationships, grow extended-stay business, and uphold a culture of accountability and service

Qualifications

• Previous hotel leadership experience required.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, payroll, and labor costs.
• Ability to develop and coach hotel employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry and Guest Services.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, payroll, labor costs, purchasing, and expenses.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop hotel staff.
• Monitor and improve KPIs: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, length of stay, guest satisfaction, profitability.
• Build relationships with local businesses and communities to drive occupancy.
