HYRE HARPER Co. is assisting ARK Hospitality in finding a General Manager for WoodSpring Suites Medford near I-5. The role leads hotel operations, drives guest satisfaction, and oversees ramp-up of a recently opened extended-stay property in Medford, Oregon.

Ideal candidates have hotel leadership, budgeting, and team development experience. Compensation includes $80,000–$84,000 base salary with performance-based bonus eligibility, and opportunities to influence market performance.

Qualifications

• Seasoned hotel leadership experience required.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop hotel staff.
• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability.
• Develop and maintain market relationships and community engagement.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and brand compliance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor cost controls.
