Colwen Hotels Medford is seeking a passionate Hotel Manager for the Fairfield Inn / TownePlace Suites Medford. This hands-on leadership role thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment and loves being at the heart of the action, guiding multiple departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will partner with the Area General Manager to drive operational excellence across Front Office, Housekeeping, Accounting, Food & Beverage and Engineering, upholding brand standards and service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Hands-on approach to hotel operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for guest service and hospitality excellence.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hotel operations across multiple departments.

• Leading daily hotel operations across all key departments
• Driving a culture of exceptional guest service
• Coaching and developing associates to reach their full potential
