Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in both Rooms and Food & Beverage.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, preparation of business plans, repairs, maintenance, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, hospitality law, and long-range planning.
• Ability to stand and move throughout hotel property and perform essential job functions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; adapt communication style to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer-driven hotel with a vision that inspires associates to excel.
• Oversee quality, cost control, cleanliness, and service delivery across the property.
• Travel to attend corporate meetings and participate in committees.
• Partner with Human Resources on associate issues, hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Lead in Sales and Revenue Management activities including SOPs, group inspections, and close processes.
• Guide Executive Committee and staff to make sound business decisions and manage financial objectives.
