Job summary

The Group Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for Olio e Più in Washington, DC. You will lead all team members, drive financial performance, and uphold top-tier hospitality and service standards in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment.

As GM, you’ll own day-to-day operations, coach the team, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and partner with the Operations team on staffing and training.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience at similar-caliber concepts.
• 5 years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Strong financial acumen, including cost management.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to drive profitability.
• Oversee front and back of house standards.
• Develop sales and profit plans and manage labor.
• Schedule staff and provide daily direction.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance.
