Hilton South Charlotte Tyvola seeks a General Manager to lead operations at the DoubleTree by Hilton South Charlotte Tyvola, delivering exceptional guest service and financial success. About the Opportunity

Are you ready to inspire and develop a strong team at DoubleTree by Hilton South Charlotte Tyvola? The role of our General Manager is to offer comprehensive leadership in our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and achieving financial success.

In this role you will act as the primary liaison between the hotel its owners and corporate partners. Your responsibilities include overseeing relationship management communications contractual matters and exploring opportunities for joint growth and progress.

What will I be doing?

Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Lead direct and manage all hotel operations including but not limited to hotel budgeting and forecasting strategic planning leading service initiatives leading and managing balanced scorecard performance implementing and complying with all company policies and standards overseeing sales and marketing initiatives leading and developing the executive team responding to guests inquiries and resolving concerns and hotel-wide meeting participation and facilitation
• Ensure guest and team member satisfaction
• Monitor and develop team member performance particularly the executive team and department heads to include but not limited to providing supervision and professional development scheduling conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward Recruit interview and train team members
• Oversee service quality operational efficiency guest satisfaction standards compliance and service and financial measurements Identify operational performance productivity and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct those deficiencies

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years Hotel General Manager experience
• Experience managing a 150+ room property with $5M or greater in revenue
• Ability to build successful ownership relationships and partnerships
• Strong financial acumen with proven success in driving revenue
• Proven success in enhancing growth and service quality within F&B

Preferred Qualifications

• Performance driven with strong leadership capability and proven ability to attract motivate lead inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results.
• Hilton brand experience.
