Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, and business-minded individual to lead our team as General Manager. This role is suited for someone with management and operations experience who understands hard work, customer service excellence, and team training. A love for dogs is essential—plus, upon training completion, you may bring your own dog to work!

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service and Presentation: Ensure high standards in customer experience, maintain a neat front desk, and lead by example with the 3 S's (smile, story, satisfaction). Strive for high review ratings and foster team engagement.
  2. Financial and Administrative Management: Oversee grooming quality, safety, schedules, and client records; manage expenses; develop revenue growth strategies; communicate proactively with district management; uphold dog care standards.
  3. Team Management: Create staffing schedules, foster a positive team culture, conduct performance reviews, onboard new employees, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Lead behavior management and inventory control.

Minimum Requirements
