This role requires management and operations experience, a dedication to delivering excellent customer service, and creating a positive environment for dogs. If you love dogs, you might even bring your own to work after training!

Customer Service and Presentation
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk team and area, with professional attire.
  • Set an example with the 3 S's (smile, story, satisfaction) and uphold customer service standards.
  • Engage team members actively in their duties.
  • Aim for high customer review ratings.
  • Enjoy, grow, and play with your team!
Financial and Administrative Responsibilities
  • Manage groomers, ensuring quality, safety, and proper scheduling.
  • Use training opportunities to address issues like injuries, billing, or complaints.
  • Control expenses within budgets, forecast, track supplies, and find efficiency improvements.
  • Develop revenue growth strategies through up-selling and evaluations.
  • Communicate proactively with the District Manager.
  • Ensure high standards of dog care quality.
Team Management
  • Create staffing schedules and monitor daily operations.
  • Maintain optimal staffing and team development.
  • Lead by example, coach positively, and deliver performance reviews.
  • Onboard and train employees effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment, managing inventory and safety standards.
  • Handle behavioral issues with dogs proactively.
