This role is ideal for someone with management and operations experience who understands hard work, delivering excellent customer service, and training others to do the same. Customer Service and Presentation

  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk team and area at all times, including professional dress standards.
  • Lead by example with the 3 S's: Smile, Story, Satisfaction, and hold the team accountable to service standards.
  • Engage team members in their duties and strive for high customer review ratings.

Financial and Administrative Management
  • Manage groomers, ensuring quality, safety, scheduling, and client records are maintained.

  • Develop team skills in upselling and using dog evaluations to increase revenue.
