Job summary

Scratch Restaurants Group is seeking a General Manager to lead Dining and Service operations, including the Chef team, labor planning, beverage program, and guest experiences. The GM will collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and drive cost management, scheduling, and staff development in a dynamic, from-scratch hospitality concept.

The role requires on-site availability for events and daily operations, strong leadership, and beverage program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding guest services with a warm, inviting environment.
• Oversee Beverage Program – Wine, Sake, Whiskey and Cocktails.
• Communicate with Chef de Cuisine about changes, menu knowledge, beverage knowledge and service changes.
• Manage payroll hours and scheduling.
• Order, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Maintain hygiene and safety compliance.
• Staff onboarding and training coordination.
• Daily shift scheduling bi-weekly.
• Address guest issues promptly and professionally.
