The role requires 3–5 years of management experience in full-service restaurants, strong leadership, budgeting skills, and excellent communication. This on-site position offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or diner environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team and create a culture of excellence.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Commitment to providing a high-quality dining experience and excellent customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Lead, train and inspire a team of associates to deliver exceptional dining experiences while fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability.
• Engage with guests to ensure a memorable experience and effectively handle customer feedback.
• Collaborate with chefs on menu updates and promotions that resonate with our clientele.
• Drive marketing efforts and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including community events and outreach.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and a safe dining environment is maintained.
