Job summary

Rodeo Dunes is a new destination golf resort in Colorado seeking a General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operation of this premier property. The role focuses on hospitality, authenticity, and a guest-centric culture that delivers an unforgettable experience.

The GM will drive strategy, staffing, and guest services across golf, lodging, F&B, and community initiatives, while partnering with ownership and partners to build a landmark destination in a fast-growing region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior leadership experience in golf, hospitality, and/or destination resort operations.
• Experience leading luxury, destination-oriented hospitality operations where experience, culture and reputation drive demand.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, opening, and long-term operation of Rodeo Dunes as a premier golf destination.
• Establish a culture centered on hospitality, authenticity, and a shared love of the game.
• Define and execute the guest experience from arrival to departure with simplicity and connection.
• Oversee all aspects of operations including golf, caddie program, lodging, F&B, and guest services.
