Purpose:
The General Manager is responsible for the full operation of the showroom and sales associates.The General Manager plays a key role in ensuring that our Guests have a great shopping experience, from the cleanliness of the showroom to the service level provided by store associates. The General Manager will be accountable for achieving monthly and annual sales targets by building and actively managing a strong team of Sales Consultants.This individual is responsible for leading, managing, and training ahigh-performancesales team and ensuring the store and showroom is operational and in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
