Department Overview

The Materials Management Department provides employees with an opportunity to actively participate in the purchase, receiving, and distribution of medical supplies and linens for stock locations throughout the facility while maintaining adequate stock levels and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform inventory assessments in order to maintain adequate levels of supplies and equipment as applicable.
  • Assist the Materials Management in strengthening relations between KHN departments and Materials Management to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Able to follow directions and assist Materials Management leadership with duties as assigned.
  • Use proper phone etiquette and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in materials management processes preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer and computer-related equipment preferred.
  • Completion of High School or its equivalent.
