Qualifications

• 1-3 years GM or ASM experience in a restaurant setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 5 weeks of training provided.
• P&L analysis experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store with a 'treat it like you own it' approach.
• Ensure audit readiness, catering and in-store orders are executed, and customers have an exceptional experience.
• Lead scheduling, inventory, deposits and close-out duties before/after shifts.
