Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Cincinnati is seeking a General Manager to oversee all store operations with a “treat it like you own it” mindset. The GM starts as early as 4am for the first bake, ensures audit readiness, handles catering and in-store orders, and delivers an exceptional guest experience.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of GM or AGM experience in a restaurant, be hands-on leaders who can motivate the team, and have exposure to P&L analysis and cost goals. You must be at least 18.

Qualifications
