Einstein Bros. Bagels in Troy, MI is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the store with a hands-on, ownership mindset.

The GM will drive daily operations, manage staff, control costs, and deliver exceptional guest experiences on a one-shift model from early morning to 2pm. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of GM or AGM restaurant leadership, experience with P&L, and a proven ability to motivate teams while maintaining audit readiness and strong survey results.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years GM/AGM experience in a restaurant setting.
• Experience managing P&L and driving store performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations with a hands-on leadership style.
• Ensure breakfast, lunch, catering, and in-store orders run smoothly.
• Schedule, inventory, and deposits completed before close.
