You will lead customer care as the growth engine, oversee scheduling, dispatch, fleet and facilities, recruit and develop crews, and guide marketing to convert demand into booked jobs; compensation targets $100,000–$150,000 total with a base salary plus performance bonus.

• Skilled at recruiting and retaining hourly/field crews.
• Financially literate with budget ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations to ensure reliable, profitable performance.
• Lead customer care across all touchpoints to drive reviews and referrals.
• Direct scheduling, dispatch, fleet, and facilities to boost efficiency and on-time metrics.
• Build and retain moving crews; lead operations, move consultants, and business development.
