Job summary

Yewser seeks a General Manager for its Florence, SC site to own production, quality, safety, materials, maintenance, shipping, people, and the P&L. This on-site, full-time role reports to the CEO and leads a ~150-employee operation with ~65,000 sq. ft. and plans to scale from $25M toward $50M in annual revenue.

The GM will drive operating rhythms, build a capable leadership team, ensure customer commitments, and leverage real-time data to run the business on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive manufacturing operations experience.
• Hands-on plant leadership with floor-level accountability.
• Experience in plastic injection molding or high-mix environments.
• Strong ERP/MES knowledge (IQMS a plus).
• ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Own site P&L, revenue, gross margin, operating income, and costs.
• Establish operating cadence and safety/quality performance.
• Drive on-time delivery, margin improvement, and capacity planning.
• Develop the plant leadership team and succession plans.
• Represent the facility with key OEM customers and leadership.
